Moving

I got up this morning and it was raining and the wind was blowing, so it is not a day for outdoors ! I have been wanting to move my scrapbooking junk into the kitchen where I have more windows and the lighting is better--- this is what I started doing early and I have made at least 30 trips back and forth from my craft room to the kitchen. I have not made a dent in this project. At the rate I am going it will take me two weeks to get it done.

I also want to buy a Cricut Expression to help in my scrapbooking . So I went to Hallmark Scrapbook.com to purchase the machine and their check out is not working !!!

Maybe I should have stayed in bed this morning because all I have done is make more of a mess than I had to begin with in my kitchen and craft room.

So I am just going to drink some coffee and sit down and think about my scrapbooking and then make a card.
Happy days to all of you. Leslie

Tomorrow will be a better day. You need some of those storage carts, several of our daughters have them, they store their scrapbooking supplies and can wheel the cart around. Myself, I don't do scrapbooking, looks like too much work. I would rather crochet if I'm not playing on the computer.

Great idea to make a card and have a coffee! Hope you manage to finish the moving and setting up in the kitchen.

Hi Leslie,

You'll get it all done in time. I keep saying the same thing to myself, when I look at the incredible amount of work around here after the ice storm. Patience is a virtue, the saying goes, something I often lack.

Have a great day!

Hugs,

Renie

Hi there, Leslie :)

Thank you for the nice comment you left on my blog. It's great that you stopped by for a visit and I do hope you'll return again.

I have been reading your blog. I read only the first page, but plan to return this evening and read older posts. I'm enjoying getting to know you :)

I am a scrapbooker too! If you read my past posts you'll notice that we share a wonderful hobby in common. I have a Cricut Expression and like it, although I don't use it as often as I should. You can click this link (http://georgiarectors.blogspot.com/search/label/scrap%20club) to see photos of my scrap room, my scrapping friends, and a few samples of my hobby.

I'm sorry to read about you and your husband, Leslie. My husband and I will celebrate 20 wonderful years together in two weeks. This is a second marriage for us both and one I am sure will last to our dying days. Perhaps there is hope for a reunion with your love someday?

Oh, you will enjoy your new cricut whenever it manages to arrive! I have the smaller one and use it on almost everything I make. I have a friend who just got the expressions and it is VERY nice. I need to work on going through my supplies, cleaning out, and preparing to give some things away that I will never use. It will probably take me 2 weeks too, once I get started that is
